FRESH Maintenance

TRAINING

The FRESH Maintenance Crew is trained and certified by the Green Clean Institute (the largest green certification company for janitorial firms in the U.S.).  Teens also master basic carpentry skills and are given the opportunity to earn OSHA certification, the national standard for workplace safey.  Teens are also trained in essential customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with customers and residents and your satisfaction with a job well done. A professional crew supervisor oversees 6 youth employees.

ENTERPRISE

FRESH Maintenance completes large contracts, small projects and a variety of odd jobs.  The crew fulfills contracts in the areas of Green cleaning, painting, maintenance, snow removal, landscaping, house boarding, carpentry projects, demolition, basic property management and other types of general labor.  Become a Certified Green Business by hiring FRESH Maintenance.
