Catering: UTEC’s FRESH Roots Catering program brings you fresh, local and creative cuisine prepared and served by our teens. We prepare everything from scratch, including fresh baked bread and house-made condiments. No fillers, preservatives or hype. FRESH Roots is available to cater events from bagged lunches and business meetings to family style dinners and cocktail parties. We work with you to customize your event to your taste and budget. We require two weeks notice to book an event and a final guest count three days prior to your event. FRESH Roots Catering is an easy and delicious way to support our community.
