Zenub joined UTEC in 2010 where she collaborates with program staff to document and reflect upon their work.  She conducts internal program evaluations and manages external research partnerships with universities.

Since she was 15 years old, Zenub has worked in the field of education and youth development.  She is a former public school teacher, has taught students from the elementary to graduate school level and has researched the relationship between communities and schools.  She loves being at UTEC where she can apply her expertise in research on a community level.  Zenub has a bachelor's in Asian and Middle Eastern Cultures from Barnard College, Columbia University; a master's in Early Childhood and Elementary Education from Bank Street College of Education; and a doctorate in Administration, Planning and Social Policy from the Harvard Graduate School of Education.
