Staff Bio

Melany was born and raised in Southern Maine. After graduating college at the University of Maine at Farmington, she decided to explore the amazing opportunities AmeriCorps has to offer- first through *NCCC and then AmeriCorps Cape Cod. Through these programs, she traveled America, made lifelong friendships, served a multitude of cultures, and barley lived to tell about it!! (Sort of). In her spare time, Melany enjoys listening to music, reading, and spending quality time with friends and family. She joins UTEC with enthusiasm, dedication, and a deep passion for AmeriCorps.
