Juan Catano
Leadership Team
My name is Juan Catano and I was born in Tulua, Colombia. I am 15 years old and I came to the United States three years ago.
Since arriving in the United States I am trying to adjust to life in a new country. I found out about UTEC because a friend
of mine invited me to attend a session with the Fresh Roots staff. I spent much of the summer working for Fresh Roots and was
then eventually was appointed to the leadership team. I want to graduate from high school and then move on to college and major
in aerospace engineering with a masters degree from MIT. I believe that I am a very nice person and I am always available to help
people if they need it. My hobbies include RC cars, Airplanes and Helicopters.
