Director of Case Management
The Director of Case Management (DCM) will provide overall strategic planning and supervision for the case management department and the Streetworker program. The case management department and Streetworker program focus on out-of-school youth between the ages of 16 and 20 of whom many are gang-involved, criminally-involved, and/or homeless.

Youth Organizing & Political Action Director
The Organizing and Political Action Director (full-time) will be responsible for the overall development and coordination of all organizing work within the United Teen Equality Center (UTEC) and will be the lead staff in coordinating a statewide coalition of youth groups called TLTW (Teens Leading the Way) focused on youth-led policymaking.
